Why Telemarketing Works: No other marketing format can instantly engage your lead in a 1-on-1 conversation. Email marketing, direct mail, print and radio advertising, even TV commercials cannot engage your prospect in a live 1-on-1 conversation! When we call and talk with your prospects, we talk business and qualify leads before setting up day/time appointments for You to speak with them in more detail.     We create a custom email template that provides prospects with an overview of your core services, product offerings or campaign objectives. We deliver that template when requested or when prospects agree to receive an email pertaining to our client's service.  This would happen naturally during our call and typically this is how we approach our marketing. We also create an "Appointment Confirmation" template and send it to the lead (and copy you), on every set appointment.

    We brand your coaching business, first in our introduction of our script, and again in our pitch. If we get past the pitch, we often get the chance to brand your business a third time, when a lead requests or agrees to receive more information. When they do, we deliver an email template from our system that appears to come from your business. Regardless of whether or not an appointment is scheduled, many of our calls professionally brand your coach business and help establish your crediibilty with the prospect.

    Daily Call and Booking Reports are set up to capture and display the contacts that were called on any given day, and the leads that agreed to an appointment will also be logged in our Booking Report. Reports can be modified to show results for the day, week, month etc. We can set up additional custom reports as well.

    A Project Manager is assigned to every coach client. The PM reports directly to their client and maintains campaign continuity. They supervise the callers and deal with day-to-day situations that our clients would have to manage if they were to hire a caller directly.

We have been cold calling for Business Coaches since 2006 and have worked with approx. 400 coaches. At this point, we think like coaches, talk like coaches and want to help small businesses just like our coaches.

    Because someone almost always answers for a business, we will often have to talk with a "gatekeeper" before speaking directly to the key contact. This is part of our process and we work with that person when necessary. We average 25 calls per hour and over a 40-hour block, approx. 1,000 numbers are dialed.

    We will have key conversations with apoprox. 20% of the 1,000 numbers dialed. These key contacts are typically Owners, Presidents and CEO's. We will often speak with a key contact more than one time, as well as having sent them an email with links to your website.

    Once your campaign is stablized, which may take the first block to accomplish, on average, our program yields an appointment every 3-4 hours, or over a 40-hour block, 10- 13 appointments. We do not guarantee a specific number of appointments, as results vary based on lists, time of year, online presence, and if the coach works with a specific industry or all small businesses.
